About the Owner.

Janet has her doctorate degree from Walden University in Public Policy Administration and a master’s degree in business administration from Troy State, and BA in Accounting from Hampton University. She has earned her PMP, project management certification from the Project Management Institute. (PROSCI: Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, DISC Assessment, 360, Myers Briggs, Emotional Intelligence, COVEY Solutions), adult/youth mentoring).

Dr. Williams can drive strategy, and operations in all areas of the human capital enterprise, Janet is a qualified HR Executive, who effectively uses her twenty-five combined years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Local Government, Consulting. As the Director of Human Capital and Performance Consulting for Coley & Associates, Inc. located in San Antonio, Texas, she managed virtual government
teams and led their training and development initiatives. Before that role, Janet spent 19 years as a leader with the City of Norfolk, in various Human Resource roles and leadership positions. While at Sentara Health she become Lean Six Sigma certified and is a Change Management practitioner from Prosci.
